First Deputy Managing Director, Honoured Art Worker of Ukraine

He was born into the family of an outstanding musician, clarinettist, pedagogue, and Professor of the Woodwind Instruments Department at the Odesa State Conservatoire (now the Odesa National Music Academy) named after A. V. Nezhdanova, K. E. Mühlberg. In 1975, he graduated from the Odesa State Music College (now the Odesa Professional College of Arts) named after K. F. Dankevych, and in 1980 from the Orchestral Faculty of the Odesa State Conservatoire (now the Odesa National Music Academy) named after A. V. Nezhdanova, specialising in clarinet (class of Professor V. P. Povzun). He worked as an orchestra musician at the Opera Studio of the Odesa National Music Academy. He taught at the Odesa State Music College (clarinet class). For more than seven years, he held the position of Deputy Director and Head of the Arts Department at the Odesa Regional Philharmonic. For three years, he headed the Odesa Theatre and Art College. Since 2011, he has served as Deputy Director General of the Odesa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre.
