How to get to the theatre?
Our theatre is in the heart of Odesa at: Theatre Lane 1. The Central Entrance can be reached from the streets of Richelieu or Langeron.
Where and how can I buy tickets?
Tickets for theatre performances can be purchased:
- at the box office of the theatre from Tuesday to Sunday from 11.00 to 19.30;
- on the website of the theatre https://operahouse.od.ua/;
- on the websites of the theatre's official ticket partners - concert.ua, kontramarka.ua, odessa.karabas.com, internet-bilet.ua.
Is it possible to book tickets by phone or e-mail, how much does it cost to book?
Booking of tickets for theatre performances is free of charge by phone +38 048 780 15 28, +38 048 780 15 38 (from 11:00 to 18:00) or you can write to e-mail adm.operaodessa@gmail.com, opera.kassa@gmail.com, odtobmanager@gmail.com.
It is not possible to book tickets on the day of the show.
How can I return tickets on my own initiative?
Tickets purchased at the box office can be returned no later than 60 minutes before the start of a performance. You must have an identity document, a receipt and a ticket.
If you purchased an e-ticket on the theatre's website, send a request to the technical support service: ctk@plaske.ua.
Tickets purchased on the websites or at the ticket offices are returned to the place of purchase no later than 60 minutes before the start of a performance.
How to return tickets in case of replacement (or cancellation) of the show?
ou can return tickets at the box office before the start of a performance and within 7 working days after the date when the performance was to take place. You must have an identity document, a check (if tickets are purchased at the box office) and a ticket.
If you purchased an e-ticket on the theatre's website, send a request to the technical support service: ctk@plaske.ua.
The return of an e-ticket is possible only if the ticket is issued to your e-mail address and telephone number.
When purchasing an e-ticket on the theatre's website, the money was withdrawn from the card, and the confirmation letter did not arrive. What shall I do?
Check your "SPAM" folder in your mail, very often the postal services identify letters with the order number (or e-tickets) - as junk mail. To avoid such cases, add the address ctk@plaske.ua to the list of trusted addresses.
An error occurred while placing your order. Selected locations are no longer available.
The time allocated for ordering is 30 minutes. The places you have chosen are reserved for the specified time. So, if you make a mistake when placing an order, your seats remain in the temporary reserve. Wait 30 minutes and try to place an order again from the beginning, the reserve should be removed automatically.

When will the money return to my bank card?
The refund usually takes from a few hours to three days. In rare cases, the return may take up to 45 days (depending on the Bank that issued your card).
Is it possible to exchange the purchased ticket for another date or for another event?
You can return the purchased ticket and purchase a ticket on another date.
Do I need to print tickets?
The ticket can be presented electronically. But when you return to the box office you must provide a printed ticket.
It is impossible to print the originals of ticket forms for your orders at the box office of the theatre.
Is it possible to take children to evening performances?
Preschool children are not allowed to perform in the evening.
What time do you need to arrive at the theatre before the show?
Entrance to the theatre begins 45 minutes before the show. To avoid delays and undesirable consequences, we recommend arriving at the theatre no later than 15 minutes before the performance.
Is there a wardrobe?
Wardrobes and toilets are on each floor.
Can I rent binoculars?
Yes, in the wardrobes on each floor you can rent binoculars on bail.
How can you give flowers to performers?
Unfortunately, the theatre does not have the technical ability to enter the stage, so the bouquet must be given to the ticket agent, who will present it to the artist on your behalf. Entrance to the auditorium with flowers is prohibited.
Where can I have coffee or other drinks?
Buffets are located on the first, second and third floors of the theatre. Please complete your meal in the buffet room. Entrance to the auditorium with food, drinks (except mineral water) is strictly prohibited.
In what language are operas performed?
All operas are performed in the original languages. At the same time, the content in Ukrainian is shown on a moving line above the stage. There are also programs for each performance that can be purchased from ticket controllers.
Should I be late for the show?
Entrance to the ground floor after the start of the show is strictly prohibited.
Before the intermission, you can take a free seat in the amphitheatre or gallery (if any), and in the intermission to move to the place indicated in the ticket.
Can I use my mobile phone?
During the performance, we ask the audience to turn off mobile phones or put them on silent mode, not to talk on the phone, not to turn on flashlights and not to use the flash.
Can I take photos or record videos?
You can take photos or videos before the show. Photography and video shooting are prohibited during the performance. It is also not possible to use professional equipment for shooting.
Is there a dress code in the theatre?
We do not require a specific dress code, but please respect other viewers. People wearing shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops are not allowed in the hall; in this case, the cost of tickets will not be refunded.
