A graduate of the Chernivtsi Music College, specialising in choral conducting, and of the Odesa State Conservatoire (now the National Music Academy) named after Antonina Nezhdanova, where he studied choral conducting (class of Professor Alla Serebria), opera and symphonic conducting (class of Davyd Sipitiner), and solo singing (class of Professor Mykola Ohrenych). He completed postgraduate studies at the Odesa National Music Academy, specialising in solo singing (class of Professor Vasyl Navrotskyi).
Since 2000, he has been a soloist of the Odesa Opera; since 2011, a conductor; and since 2018, Chief Choirmaster of the Odesa Opera. Over the years, he has participated in productions of more than 25 operas. His performance repertoire includes more than 15 operatic solo roles. He maintains an active concert and touring career in Ukraine, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, the United Kingdom, Poland, and other countries.
